Open a blank template.
Make a rectangle and duplicate it Control+C and then use Control+F to paste it in front.
Choose Brushes and open the Borders Decorative library. Choose the brush shown below.
Draw a semi short straight line. Open the Decorative Scateter Brush library and apply the tranparent squares.
Open the symbols lybrary then add a symbol.
Choose the Brush Tool and pick the cake brush. Make a line for the cake.
Add a number in a different font than the text. Then enlarge it by holding the shift key and click on the corner and drag.
Duplicate the number and convert it to outlines. Remove the fill and use only the stroke. Apply the gothic Border brush.
Make a new rectangle to fit the background area. Then apply the Default Scribble effect to it.
It’s done!
